When you are already in Suriname, Guyana is an easy add-on for the two experiences most travelers come for: the colonial city of Georgetown and Kaieteur Falls. This three day, two night tour runs overland from Paramaribo across the Corantijn River into Guyana, covers Georgetown and Kaieteur, then returns overland to Suriname.

The itinerary is built around the Kaieteur flight, which operates on fixed days. The scheduled flight from Georgetown departs on Saturdays and Sundays, so we recommend arriving in Georgetown on a Friday or Saturday. This places your Kaieteur flight and Georgetown city tour together on Day 2, with Day 1 and Day 3 as the overland border crossings.
